What are the payment options?
We have employed the PayPal system for processing our payments - but you do not need a PayPal account to pay. You simply click the Pay button, and complete by following the prompts to complete your payment using your preferred method of payment - VISA, MC or other method of payments available.
What is the return policy?
Our products are all digital downloads prepared for immediate release to you upon payment processing. Therefore, all purchases are final and no refunds. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
As soon as your payment is accepted and processed, your purchase will be ready for delivery to your email address.
How can I access my purchase?
Your purchase will be delivered to the email address you used during the purchase process. Please ensure that you enter your preferred email address from which you will access your account.
Do I need to set up an account?
Your customer account will be created for you automatically as you process your request for purchase. You can access your account any time from our website to view your purchases or access for download again.
Is there an expiry date to my purchase?
We have not set any expiry date to your purchase - and you should be able to access it in the future without limit for download. If you have any issues with this, you may contact us for assistance.
